KEEPING HISPANIC PERFORMING ARTS ALIVE IN MIAMI

The specific purpose for which this corporation is organized is: Sustain, preserve, spread, foster and contribute to the Hispanic cultural heritage through the development of artistic, literary, and educational Hispanic theater expressions in Florida. The Association’s contribution will offer society or general public from all ages. and demographics with a free space to enjoy and learn from Hispanic theater productions and artists.

The Association will foster the contribution of Hispanic theater to the lives of the citizens of Florida, with the main objective of stimulating, inspiring, encouraging and developing the interest in the exercise of Hispanic dramatic art through production and performances of plays and any other forms in which dramatic art may be expressed. This may be achieved by providing a dramatic art space, inclusive and free in which citizens of Florida have the opportunity to be captivated by the dramatic art form which will lead them to appreciate and consequently have interest in the study of dramatic arts with emphasis in Hispanic culture.
